Can we have a same behavior of Storyline block in Rise, that is when ever its open:
1. It should have option with screen background image, a heading text, with a play button, irrespective of what ever device or browser we use.

If your Storyline block has audio or video on the first slide, learners will see a play button over the interaction when viewed on a desktop. And learners using a mobile device will always see a play button, regardless of the media on the first slide.
We don't have plans to change this behavior right now, but we appreciate your feedback!
