Storyline crashing after inserting a video

I get a "crash message" when I insert a MP4 video.  The video will preview, and will play in the timeline.  But when i try to resize the video to, the crash message appears.  I just updated to the latest version today.  Reinstalled old version, same problem.  Maybe something to do with Articulate update?

    you can downgrade 5 versions and test it


    create a new empty project, if your current doesn't open in the old version of storyline 360

    => if old versions crashes too, your mp4 file is the problem
