Storyline shows an error message or crashes when exporting courses in Chinese and Polish
Hi! I'm having trouble publishing two courses for Review 360 using Storyline 360. I've tried publishing to Review 360 directly and also exporting them for manually uploading them but none of these options work. For Chinese Storyline just crashes and for Polish I get an error message saying that something went wrong and Storyline may crash. I have these same courses in other languages and they work just fine but these two are not working. Any idea on what to do? Thanks in advance!

I apologize for the issues you have publishing your courses in Chinese and Polish languages.
I want to ask you a few questions to begin troubleshooting:
- Are you working from your local drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Can you try importing the content you are having issues with into a new .story file? Here are the steps on how to do so.
- Have you attempted a repair of Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.
If none of these methods resolve your issues, please share your .story file with us either publicly here or privately in a case. We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.
