Storyline slide gets stuck for some users
I have a training that is published in both Rise360 and an LMS. The training freezes at the end of the first slide. This happens in both the LMS and Rise360, but does not happen for everyone. The attached screenshot shows the triggers on the first slide where it is happening. To try to fix it, I created a separate version that automatically advances from the first slide to the second without the triggers to select "Yes" or "No." The same issue persists.
Adding what the user sees
Really hard to tell especially if does not happen for everyone. That's video it's loading, set to auto play, right? Does it play when it's triggered? Did you have chance to lookup in console for any error message? It could really be anything.
the problem is probably not leaving, but entering the next page - what is on the next page ?

Resolved - it was an end user issue and not Storyline
