Storyline vs Rise: Accessibility and engagement with low-tech workers
Hi, I'd like to hear your thoughts! I usually prefer Storyline for its flexibility and customisation, but I’m wondering if I should use Rise more.

It sounds like mobile access would lead to higher completion rates. So I suggest using Rise.
Ideally, it'd be great if you could do some focus-group testing to see how those with "low tech skills" handle (or can't handle) the standard Rise interactions.
Then, as needed, include a text box above each interaction to explain how to get through it.
