Stuck in Processing Video

Hi, has anyone experienced stuck in processing video (when uploading a video) in Rise 360 today?

  • Hello everyone!

I'm excited to share that we've released an update to Rise 360 that includes a fix for:

    • Duplicating a course, uploading a video, and recording audio to hang in Google Chrome

There’s nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available. You'll need to republish any current courses to Review and Reach 360 to take advantage of this fix.

Let me know if you have any questions about this update!

I am having the "processing" when trying to put audio into a block. It just spins and spins. This began yesterday.

      Hi LoriGarrett,

Thank you for letting us know. What you’re seeing isn’t expected, and we’ve identified a bug that causes audio recordings and media uploads to hang, specifically in Google Chrome. It sounds like you’re running into that same behavior.

Our team is aware of the issue, and while they work on a fix, using Firefox or Edge should let you record or upload your audio without getting stuck. If anything still feels off after switching browsers, just let us know, and we’ll be glad to take a closer look.

If you’d like more targeted help with your course, you’re also welcome to reach out through a support case.

  • Hello everyone,

I have good news to share! We monitored our systems overnight, and they’ve remained stable. This issue is resolved. Thanks so much for your patience.

If you run into any issues using Articulate 360 going forward, please let us know.

  • Hi HenriettaDianaD,

Thanks for posting about this! KarlMuller and EllenSperry-e30 are right, this does appear to be connected to the ongoing issue with our cloud service provider that’s affecting several Articulate 360 features.

We’re also seeing videos in Rise 360 get stuck on “Processing,” and the issue Ellen mentioned with Review 360 aligns with the same outage.

Our engineers are in contact with our provider and continuing to monitor progress while systems recover. You can keep an eye on the latest updates on our Articulate Status page.
