Suggestion for cue points

I'm not sure where to put enhancement suggestions, so I will throw it here... I have, many times, cue points that I would like to align to a given element (like a caption, for example). It would be really helpful if, when you click on the cue point, a dotted line appears that spans the timeline vertically so you can more precisely match them.
