Swap incorrect questions and draw a new question from question bank.
Hello, I can't seem to find any information on this topic so I'm hoping someone can help please!
I'm creating a 15 question quiz drawn from a question bank with a pass score is 100%. I'm wondering if a learner answers a question incorrectly, Can I swap out the incorrect questions and draw a new question from the question bank instead?
This is instead of having to reanswer the same incorrect question or having to retake the entire 15 questions if the learner fails.
For example: If answer 1 out of 15 question incorrectly, when I click 'Retry' instead of presenting the same question I previously answered incorrectly, I will be presented with a completely new question to try instead?
Hello Giselle,
Thanks for reaching out!
There isn't a way to make sure that incorrect questions are swapped out after a learner retries a quiz, but you can check out this solution shared by a member of the community which utilizes multiple question banks to ensure that learners do not get the same set of questions.
I'll let other members of the community chime in if they'd like to share other solutions that they may have already tried!

Thank you Joe! Appreciate the response.
It's helpful to get some clarity on this. Reading the linked discussion it seems swapping the question is only possible if retaking the entire quiz. As opposed to example: If the learners answers 1 out of 15 questions incorrectly, the learner will only have to retake 1 question. but that question will b swapped so that it is different to the question they answered wrong in the first place.
It would be great to see this functionality in the future. Is there any chance that we will be seeing this in future updates?
Hi Giselle!
