Text Entry Box text will not wrap
Hi, everyone!
I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 76, we’ve included important fixes and new features!
One enhancement we’ve included:
Data-entry fields wrap text to multiple lines based on the “wrap text” option rather than the height of the field. You no longer need to make the height more than 60 pixels.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
Hey Wendy,
Does this seem to happen in different courses or just this specific one? The behavior mentioned here is a bit different, so I would reccommend starting with a repair of Storyline to see if that helps resolve the issue.
With your permission, I'd also like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Hi , thanks for taking a look at this issue. It happens in all the scenes.
I did upload the project for your review. Storyline was just installed on
my computer last week, so I think that part should be good. I started
thinking it may have something to do with the master slide.

Hey Wendy,
Thank you for sharing your file and for providing that screenshot!
What you are seeing with the text running off the screen is intended behavior when Wrap text in shape box is not marked. When that box is marked, this option wraps text within the text box, shape, or caption. Also, when adjusting the slide master, each layout inherits all the properties of its parent slide master.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions! We are happy to help! 😄
