text labels for arabic are not being correctly displayed in quiz feedback

Hello,

The text labels in arabic are not correctly displayed/transferred into the story.

When I check in the preview, the arabic sentence is incomplete, just a few letters are being displayed.

When I add an English text with latin letters instead, it is being displayed correctly.

How can this be fixed?

    Thanks so much for reaching out! We do have a known bug where Arabic language and Arial font is not displaying correctly, and I'd like to investigate if this is related. I have a few questions for you!

    • Are you using the Modern or Classic Player? 
    • I just want to clarify, what font are you using for your Arabic text labels? 

    Please share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case so we can get a better understanding of your setup!
