Custom Feedback Layers Not Displaying
Hello!
I have a Storyline course that I am working on where we have a unique feedback layer for each of the responses. I'm not entirely sure if it is just a Review 360 fluke or not, but the SMEs are telling me that sometimes they do get feedback layers and other times they do not.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening or what the workaround solution might be?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
I went through the questions a few times in Preview and in Review 360, and I always saw feedback.

FYI: They will probably ask you for more information. For example, does the issue occur only in a specific browser? On a specific question and/or when a specific response is chosen? What does happen when there's no feedback? For example, does the program automatically move to the next question? Or do they get stuck on that question? The more details you can provide to them, the better.

JudyNollet- thanks so much for your response. I'll definitely reach out to support to see if there is any kind of bug. In the meantime, though, I just rebuilt the questions and used the "Feedback by Choice" option and modified the auto-generated layers. That seems to have resolved the issue for now. Thanks again for even taking a look! :)
