the module CRASH with IOS and Safari
Hello to the Articulate community,
We are currently working on a project comprising 7 modules in 10 languages.
We are experiencing compatibility and stability issues on iOS systems. The module crashes for no apparent reason.
We have carried out tests on the iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max (iOS versions 26.4.2 and 26.3)
and the 7th-generation iPad (iOS version 18.7.8).
We are using the update from 5 May 2026.
My question is: are you aware of these issues with iOS?

You haven't given nearly enough information to help anyone to help you.
What Articulate product created these modules? What Learning Management System are they deployed in? Were they deployed as SCORM 2004, or SCORM 1.2, or AICC, or something else? What type of crash did you experience? Was there an error message?
