Tracking Storyline course access on SharePoint

I've launched my course on SharePoint and wanted to know if anyone has tried to track the users accessing the course by logging their Microsoft Azure profile to a list.  For example, when the user clicks on the course, then it would log their email profile to a SharePoint list.
