Trigger
Is there a way to apply a trigger to specific text within a text box? For instance. if I have the sentence "Internal temperatures to know": could I trigger just the word temperature to open a lightbox?

One option we often use is to add a hotspot over the word.
Do you mean a textbox where a user has to CLICK a specific word to trigger an action, or a text entry field where a user has to ENTER a specific word?
select the text and add a hyper link and then you can set a trigger
