Triggers not Working

Hi,

I need some help please. 

I have created a slide that has a hotspot located on with a trigger that says, Show Layer when the user clicks Hotspot...

I have used this trigger often and i really cant see what is different... I have also copied it into a new storyline file and the problem still exists. 

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
