Unable to Log Into Articulate 360 - “AxiosError” Across Devices!

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else seeing this issue today? I’ve been unable to log into both the Articulate 360 desktop app and the web version. The login page loads, but I get an “AxiosError” message every time I try to sign in. I’ve already tried restarting, clearing cache, reinstalling, and even logging in from my phone (on mobile data), but the same error appears everywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this, or has Articulate confirmed a login outage?

It was working fine until I had to restart my computer.

    I have the same problem. I tried almost everything mentioned in your post (tried restarting, clearing cache, reinstalling...), but without success!

  • Yes, same here. I was able to submit a support ticket but have not heard anything back as of yet.

    Fortunately, I'm not the only one. It's also not possible to submit a support ticket.
