I am still unable to access my content. I have emailed support but cannot do my job without being able to access Rise.
Can you please help?

Sorry for the trouble! It sounds like what you're experiencing is caused by something outside of the outage that occurred a few days ago. I see your case in our queue and will escalate it so we can make sure you can access your content!
