Updating content - comment function

We have as part of a research project used Rise360 to develop a set of learning modules, these have then been translated into 9 languages. The English versions are now being optimised (not re-built, but wording and minor format changes) and we need a simple way to track changes made so that translators can identify parts they need to update in the language versions. We do not want to have to download the content and do antoher full translations.

Any tips on the easiest way to do this? thanks!

  • Hi Ainslie,

It is important that you're importing the translation file into the exact same course the XLIFF was exported from. If you make any changes to the original course, you'll need to re-export the XLIFF and rebuild the translated file otherwise, you'd risk the possibility of running into errors when importing your translation.

You can refer to this article on translating your Rise courses for more details. I hope this helps!
