valueViewed then state change trigger not always working

Hi everyone,

I'm posting because for a few number of people in my org's LMS aren't able to move past a certain spot. I would say about 5% of the time, the valueViewed state change trigger is not working, so people cannot advance through the entire story. I have attached a photo of the specific trigger. Please let me know if y'all know what might be happening!

    The problem could be elsewhere, is there any possibility that the value viewed value is not 4 at that point?

    Could the value have changed elsewhere? Difficult to say without seeing the slide(s)
