Video Caption 'ON' by default in Rise
I have imported a single VTT file exported from Storyline into a video I have in Rise, other than embedding in the original source, is there an option in Rise to set the default to ON?

+1 If you can do it in Storyline via a trigger (Set Player.DisplayCaptions to value True when timeline starts on this slide) then the same feature should be available in Rise.
