Video cutting short
Hello, I have an asset I created (originally from a template) in Stroyline for use in a Rise course. Each tab has a video it plays. In Storyline preview it plays for it's full length. When I publish it to 360 for use in Rise, it cuts one video short to 1:42 seconds. The video is 2:11. All other videos in this storyline file play fine. See images of the difference. I did turn compression off to None to see if that would solve but it does not.

- Do you notice any change if you remove the video, re-insert the file into your Storyline project, and publish it for use in Rise 360 within the Storyline Block?
- Are you experiencing this cut-off length to the video in both Review 360 and in your Storyline Block in Rise 360?
Since this seems specific to your video file, it would be helpful to take a closer look at your .story file and the video file that is shortening.

Hello! I did try to remove and readd the video a few times as well. I am experiencing this with a storyline block in Rise 360. I do not use Review 360 but can see if it exists there. I can submit a support case, thanks!
