Video published from Replay 360 won't load into Rise course
Hi, I am trying to replace one video with a newly-edited video in a Rise course, but after clicking "Replace video" and selecting the new video, it is not loading. The dialogue box in the video block says "processing video" but it is lasting a long time -- so far more than 8 minutes--and nothing appears to be happening. The file size of the video is large, at 153 MB, but actually smaller than the video it is replacing, which is 222 MB. Can you please help with this issue?

Update: It's continuing to process, after more than 20 minutes.

Cancel and restart the process.
