Videos Freezing or Not Playing After Latest Storyline 360 Update

Hi everyone,

I'm running into an issue where videos in my Storyline 360 course are freezing or not playing at all on certain slides. These same videos were working fine in earlier versions, but now with the latest update to Storyline 360, they are misbehaving—even though the triggers and slide settings are unchanged.

Also, it looks like the seekbar is frozen - as the VO plays the seekbar stays in the same spot.  When I replay the slide, only the VO plays and the rest of the slide freezes.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Verified that all triggers and timelines are set up correctly.
• Used Static video quality (Medium) during publish.
• Previewed in different browsers and tested in SCORM Cloud.

The video files are in .mp4 format and were previously embedded directly into the slides.

Has anyone experienced this with the newest update?
Any advice on what might be causing the videos to freeze or be excluded from the SCORM package?
