Videos in labeled graphic in Rise

I'm adding a video to a labeled graphic, but the toolbar covers half of the video. Even though it's got enough transparency to see the video, is there a way to either, get rid of the toolbar or reduce its size. I don't want the user to have to expand the video since it's more like a gif. (I don't want to use a gif since they're on a continuous loop and can be distracting when the viewer needs to read something as well.)

  • Hi deedee mann,

    Thanks for reaching out!

When you add a video to the labeled graphic, it displays below the title text when you expand the marker. Have you tried changing the placement of the marker? You can also try viewing it as full-screen, as Crystal explains in this separate thread.

If you're comfortable sharing a screenshot or a screen recording of what you're seeing, I'd be happy to take a closer look. You can upload it here or share it privately with our team in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

I'm running into the same here, with the toolbar covering half of the video. Is there any option to remove or alter the toolbar? Even placing it below the video would work. Thank you!

      Hi Jessica,

Thanks for reaching out! When you hover out of the video in a Rise 360-labeled graphic marker, the video toolbar is automatically hidden. However, I understand that being able to modify the toolbar's placement would be helpful to some users. I informed our product team of your request, and we'll let you know if there are any changes that might help.
In the meantime, here's how we manage feature requests that we receive.
