Videos not playing correctly on Apple devices
My storyline project has embedded videos that do not play when the course is viewed on Apple devices (iPhone/iPad). I've seen a couple of posts about this issue, but haven't seen a suggested solution that works. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Thanks for reaching out! Have you tested the course in other environments to see if the embedded videos are playing as expected?

Yes I have tested it on various environments, but aren't able to fix the issue of Apple devices. I will share the story file, thank you!
