We are facing lag after publishiing the video

We created a course using Articulate 360 storyline, 

First we did publish the video with the default seek bar, after publishing. The output was fine.

Now we want the video should be played in full screen, so we removed the default seekbar and customizeed the seekbar and added it to the video. After publishing it when we seek the video, there is a lag in the video.
