What's going on with the AI voices?
Hello elearning2,
Thanks for reaching out! Our team is aware of a bug where the v3 instance of AI Voices is generating inconsistent results with accents. I have added your voice to the bug report. We'll be sure to share any news of a fix in this thread, so all are in the loop.
As a workaround, you can adjust the Advanced Settings in the AI text-to-speech window to Multilingual v2. Here's how:
- Open the AI text-to-speech window.
- Advanced settings.
- Next to Model, check what the current setting is. If it's set to v3, try selecting Multilingual v2.
- Select Generate to preview the voice again.
If you experience this same behavior with v2, please let us know so we can investigate further in this thread or privately in a support case.

Thank you very much Luciana for letting me know and for providing such a thorough response. For now, we’re using V2 for each voice, and it works well, but we’d like you to fix V3 since the accents are better and the AI’s writing is more natural.
We’re keeping an eye out for any solutions or updates regarding this issue.
