Thanks for providing the screenshots of what your images look like. Does this happen with images inserted from the Content Library? What size are you images? You may want to try using a 16:9, square image for best results. When you zoom in Rise 360, the image will expand either to its original size, or until the browser window is full.
If you need further assistance with your course, please feel free to open as support case with our team! We can take a look at your file and will delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
