Why can't I sign into Articulate 360 anymore?

Same issue here. Still not fix on this?
Trial of Articulate 360, worked fine the 1st hour or so, then i was logged out and it wont let me log back in. Ive tried creating a new account, and different computers and the same issue.
Under windows 10, is there a fix for this?
