Why isn't a trigger that works in the storyline file not work in the LMS version??

Articulate works inexplicably in many different ways, and the newest way I discovered is that apparently just because trigger works in the storyline file/preview, it doesn't mean it'll work in the LMS version. 

Right now, I'm trying to figure out why the I can move to a new layer by typing out a certain word in Storyline and yet the LMS version does not respond when I type it out exactly the same.

Why is there a discrepancy between how the course responds in the preview vs the LMS/zip file?

    Troubleshooting is just guessing without seeing the .story file. If you upload it, someone might be able to solve the issue. Here are the best practices for uploading a .story file:

    • Only include slides that are related to the problem.
    • Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
    • If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with “lorem ipsum” text.
    • Use a browser to come to this page, and click "Add Attachment at the bottom of your post to upload.
