Hi Arun:
Since the last few years, Computer Operating systems have been blocking autorun files on removable media. The solution to your issue can only be found at the Operating Systems level on a computer-by-computer basis.
Here is a Windows7 link to confirm this: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows7/change-autoplay-settings

Autorun settings are enabled.
There is no autorun file created automatically when I publish the module using the CD option.
Hi Arun:
If you have auto-run enabled, but you do not have an autorun.inf file. That is the issue.
you need to create an autorun.inf for the DVD to automatically run the exe.
Example content of autorun.inf is:
[AutoRun]
shellexecute="Launch_Story.exe"
UseAutoPlay=1

Dennis Hall
Thanks Dennis for helping Arun out here!
So I am a bit confused. Should I actually type:
[AutoRun]
open="Launch_Story.exe
