Not receiving email notifications for comments in Review
This week I sent a Review link, but none of the comments has generated an email. I've checked all the settings and I should be receiving instant notification when a comment is left in Review. This feature has worked in the past, and I'm working in the latest version of Review. Any ideas for a fix?

Is it possible that you published the content to Articulate Review using a different Articulate ID than the one you usually use?

Hi Sondra,
I left a comment on your course as well to test if you'd receive it. I did notice that it's published with the same Articulate ID you're using here in ELH, so as long as that email is correct it should be sending you an email.
I can also see the emails on our side being sent, so I'd want to have you confirm that they're not appearing in a junk/spam folder. The emails would be sent from notifications-no-reply@articulate.com and the subject line of the latest one where I commented is New reply on Alternate Form of Screening.

Hi - I am currently having this same issue. It started in the middle of a project review. I was receiving notifications yesterday and earlier this morning, and now I haven't received notifications for the last 10 comments.

I'd love to help figure this out - I took a look at the email you're using here in ELH and didn't see an Articulate 360 account associated with it. Perhaps you have a different email address which you've authored and published courses to Review with?
Since it seems like we'll need a bit more info to track this one down, let's work in a Support case! Can you reach out to my team and let us know the email you are using (best if you can use that email to start your case!) and what the title of your Review course is? We can then look into when comments are made and why those emails may not be going through.

Hi Katie,
Sorry for late reply... I didn't get notified of this either. Notifications do not work for any course, The notification setting is set to All Activity.
No mail in the spam box. I don't seem to be able to upload the url to that page it wants files.
