I filed ticket almost 3 hours ago and no response back. Audio would not load, then images, then dashboard quit. Seems if someone would respond to tickets this whole dashboard failure may have been prevented. And still no response as I replied back on each progressive failure.

Really? - It was not functional 3 hours ago and no one responded.
Point is they have not responded to my ticket nor the repeated emails on the progression of the system degradation.
Rise is working again for me.
Back in - but they did not respond on image and audio issues - guess I have to go and see if they are working. Hear no evil - see no evil I guess.

We were experiencing issues earlier today, where the Rise 360 dashboard isn't loading. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused!
We have resolved the issue and everything is working normally again. You should now be able to access your Rise 360 content.
