While Rise 360 doesn't have a block for a side-by-side image and video, you could certainly build that as a Storyline block!
Simply design the slide in Storyline 360, and customize it any way you like. Then, publish it to Review 360, and embed it in Rise 360. You can even hide the player so the slide will fit seamlessly into the Rise lesson!
