we created a rise course in my old account with a trial version. Then we created translations of it. At the same time, I created a new account with the full license that we are currently using.
At some point, the trial of the old account ended but we did not duplicate and share the course to the other account enough for the translations.
Therefore, in my new account we do not have all translations. Now, I cannot translate the course into more languages because the original course is located in the old account where the trial expired.
Is there anyway how I can access the old course from the expired account or how I can use the exisiting translated courses in my new account for new translations?
Actually I created the courses in my previous account of Rise 360 and now have new account. I am unable to see any of the course created in my previous account what should I do to recover them. Thank you.
