Audio in Rise 360 content is initiated and controlled by your learners. Audio blocks require the learners to click to play. They'll use their device speakers to control volume. If you have video content that you've included, the video player includes an audio slider. For web hosted video content, like Vimeo videos, their player will control playback and volume.
Rise 360 doesn't support adding closed captions directly to your audio or video blocks yet, but you can include web hosted video content that includes closed captioning.
