Audio in Exported mp4

Hi there!
I have converted/exported my storyline file to an mp4 (first of all - THANK YOU for this feature, it is awesome!) to put into my Rise course as a series of videos.
However, the audio sounds fuzzy and I have to turn my volume up pretty high to hear it. I adjusted the audio volume in the storyline audio settings to fix the problem, but it still comes up low quality.
I did set my audio setting quality to Very High as well. The mp4 file sounds great, but when I put in Rise it messes up.. so just wondering if anyone has any advice?

Sorry to hear that you're hitting a roadblock with this. Can you share the mp4 file you are working with? I can try to upload it to my Rise course on this end and then we can figure out what may be going wrong.
