Hi Elizabeth! I would recommend double-checking the location of your audio file. If you can save the audio file to your desktop, that would make it easy to find when uploading it to Rise 360.
You can change the audio input microphone choice in your web browser settings. If you're using Chrome, for example, you can decide which microphone to use in Privacy & Security > Site Settings.

I can see the empty folder where I saved my audio file. I am wondering if it's not in the correct format!
I did find how to use the correct microphone through my browser settings. Thank you for helping with that!
Is there any way to edit the recordings that are done through Rise?
Hi Elizabeth!
You'll want to use a third-party audio editing tool since Rise 360 doesn't have an audio editing feature.
What file format is your audio file currently? Have you tried saving it as an MP3 file to see if that allows you to upload it to Rise 360?
