My Rise lessons contain a few videos for which I've created VTT (closed captioning) files. However, for these to work, users have to manually enable CC on the video toolbar. Anyone know a way how to auto-enable them so that they always appear?
Hello, Lyor. The video player in Rise 360 requires the learner to choose in which language the captions should appear. Right now, there's no way to turn English captions on by default.

While it does require a few more steps, a potential workaround would be to add the video in Storyline with a trigger to show the closed captions by default, and then use a Storyline block to bring the single video slide into Rise 360.
