So, I have the scorm 1.2 and 2004 file of a Rise course that was developed by a coworker but since that person is now gone and did not transfer ownership or manager control of the course in Rise, those scorm files are all I have. Is it possible to upload one of these files somehow so that I can make an edit to a block in the course?
what do you guys recommend customers do that find themselves in this situation? We also have several courses for which we have the zip file but were not the original author. We need to make changes to these courses but don't have the original storylines. Is there even a work around? Creating the content from scratch is not a quick solution. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
@Karl - yeah that's what I thought. They left about a year ago. I know we can contact tech support and possibly get a copy that way, was just wondering if we could do something else.

Hi Karina,
Unfortunately you cannot bring a published SCORM ZIP file back into Rise and edit it.
How long ago did your co-worker leave?

Hi Karina,
If the person left about a year ago, it's unlikely that the course still exists.
Hi Shannon,
Rise and Storyline courses both need the original course files in order to make edits.
