If I create a learning course with Rise with my individual Articulate license and my client decides to buy an Articulate license, when my contract with my client is over can I "transfer ownership" of courses to my client's individual license?
If both you and your client have Articulate 360 Teams type accounts, you can first make your client a Collaborator on the course, and then change their status to be the owner of the course.
If either you or your client does not have Articulate 360 Teams type accounts (you say you have an individual account), your only option is to email your client a copy of the Rise course. Then you will have a copy, as well as your client
