The font in my labeled graphics does not match the font I've chosen in my theme. I did not find a way to change the font in the marker pop-ups. Is there a way to do this?
Hi there, thanks so much for chiming in! Theme fonts should appear in labeled graphic marker text, including custom brand fonts you've uploaded to Rise 360.
If that's not working correctly for you, we'd love to take a look! Please open a case here, and include the course Share link in the case description area. Please also attach the brand-specific font you're using. We'll take a look and let you know what the issue could be!
I have the same issue with a brand-specific font. I tried to upload new versions of the font, but the custom font feature does not have the option to import the light version. Is that why the labeled graphic font is different? (The labels are in serif, and the brand font is san serif.)
I just want to clarify. Have you had a chance to try uploading the light font to the Regular upload option when inserting the custom font? Is there a specific error message you receive if you cannot successfully upload?

Most likely the correct font is being used, however, it is the "lite" version of the font which is why it looks different.
Hi Susan! There isn't a way to chang the font in the marker pop-ups. May I know what theme and font you're using so that I can check?

I seem to have the same issue. We're using a brand-specific font and it doesn't seem to appear in the text field of the marker.
Has a resolution been found for this type of issue?

Thank you for the reply, Luciana, I uploaded the light font to the Regular option, and the labeled graphic font is still different.
