Thanks for letting us know you need a text-formatting toolbar in the Accordion title/header area. I'll make sure our Rise team gets this feature request! 😊
Yes - please. I need to make citations with superscript in the Accordion title/header but unable to. I tried to create in word and copy and paste and it but it takes the superscript back to the original size of the text.
I know I don't work for Articulate, so I can't say if they'll ever adjust this.
But I do agree that scrolling through the tabs doesn't look great. When I encounter that problem, I switch to the Accordion block. Same idea, just vertical!
I use a Unicode text converter such as at convertcase.net to generate italics text (for example) and copy/paste back into the accordion title. Unfortunately, numbers are not supported from what I have found.
Any updates on this thread for change of font size for Titles. I am not very comfortable doing the HTML thing so checking if Articulate plans to provide this feature any time soon. Using the latest Articulate version.
HI @Lea, thanks for the update - is it usual for a roadmap to not include features requested 3 years ago? Any insight on what the process is to get it ON the roadmap?
Hi Bethany! Yes, the accordion uses HTML headings. Are you asking for the purpose of using a screen reader to read the headings and body text in an accordion block?
+1 on this for accordion and process block. The same goes for changing the accordion cell background, not the exterior background around the accordion feature.
Hoping the feature to change the formatting of the Title of each Item in an Accordion block is still in the works -- for instance, I'm using the accordion block for frequently asked questions so that users can expand a question of interest to see the response while not having to scroll through all the other questions they don't need. However, the Item Title font size default is too big to display many of the questions fully -- something I could adjust if I could change font size OR the width of the accordion. Would appreciate additional customization option of this block. Thank you! - Julie Ruble

I also want the ability to format the title text, and I've logged a feature request.
Great! Thanks for doing that, Annie. :)
+1
Hi, is there a way to change the width of the tabs block? I have 5 tabs needed but the 5th ends up being an arrow to scroll. Thank you.
Hi Harry! The Tabs block has a set width, so you'll see an arrow to scroll if you have more than four tabs.
Hi Alyssa,
Yes, that's why I asked :) Is there a way for the gods of Rise to be able to allow for adjusting this please?
Hi Harry,
I know I don't work for Articulate, so I can't say if they'll ever adjust this.

Hi Harry! I can certainly let our team know you need a feature to adjust the tabs block width!
And great idea to use an accordion block, Annie! 🌟

any update for this small feature pending for 2 years at Articulate end?
Hi Siba!
Thanks for reaching out! Did you want to change the size or style of the title text in Accordion tab titles?
For style, you can use Rebecca’s workaround to adjust the styling of the title text.
Count me in here as well. It is odd that I can change the text in the body, but not for the header/title.
Count me in - Just been told by a customer that the header looks unprofessional and wonky!
This is the same for the button stack label - wonky fonts!

Hi, Mili! We don't have this feature in our roadmap yet, but we'll share updates here if anything changes!

Good question, Neil! Here's how we handle feature requests.
Does the accordion use HTML headings? If not, are they still considered ADA compliant?

I would like to add to this - please add the ability to change the size and colour of heading text in the accordion layout.
