I used a template from the options that they give, I think it was an employee meeting. The main picture of the class looks like some co-workers laughing together. Is there a way to change that picture? I don't even see the picture when I try to edit my course.

Edit your course.
Choose SETTINGS.
Under the THEME tab, find the Cover Photo.
That should display a thumbnail of the image currently being used by the course.
Delete the current image, and then upload the image you would like to use.
