I am unfamiliar with Cloud CME, but from what I read on their website, you can use SCORM files for content. Rise 360 SCORM output is 1.2 and 2004. The site doesn't give out information on the versions of SCORM that can be used.
We can wait for others in the community to chime in if they've tried Cloud CME with Rise 360 SCORM files.
