I've just noticed that when I add a company logo to my Rise course, the image is not appearing when the course is published or viewed in Review 360 (it only appears in Preview mode). The logo image is 86 (w) x 72 (L) Pixels in size.
I'm seeing this happen when the .png file contains spaces or special characters in the file name. If your logo file includes them, please rename it to eliminate spaces and special characters. If it doesn't, can you share your .png file privately with us here?
I checked the .png file name, and it did indeed have a space. So I renamed it and removed all spaces and republished it. However the issue is still happening. I've logged a support case as directed and attached the file.

Hi folks! We fixed the issue where new logos weren't showing up in your Rise 360 courses. Please refresh your lesson, and add your logo again.
Avni, the logo will show on the course outline when you first launch a course. In the sidebar, you'll have the option to include your cover photo, but not the logo.

Quick update, D M. It appears this behavior is happening on all new logo files added to a course. I apologize for missing that!
