Hi all! Not sure it this is a bug or not, but I have set all of my Continue buttons to 'complete block directly above'. When in edit mode, I can see the hint text of 'Complete the content above before moving on' but then when I go to Preview or Publish in Review 360, the continue block doesn't lock.
Has anyone have this experience? I have replaced the blocks numerous times, but to no avail.
Hi there, Lush! What kinds of blocks do you have before the continue block? The continue block controls many, but not all, interactive blocks. If you can share a link to your output in Review 360, we're happy to test! You can also keep it private by sharing with our team right here.
Hi there! I'd love to follow up on the progress of your support case — do you have that case number handy? I'm not seeing one under your Articulate ID. Thanks!
I've encountered the same issue too. Able to assist? I've created contents in SL360, imported the contents into RISE 360. I have also set the setting as "Complete the content above before moving on." Somehow, some parts works,,, Some, doesn't;
I can see that your completion requirements are slides viewed and a course completion trigger. Is your course linear, or is it branching?
If it is branching, will the learner be able to view all 36 slides?
If not, you can decrease the number of required slides viewed for course completion. If each branch within your course has a different number of slides, you can remove slides viewed and only have the course completion trigger as the course completion requirement.

Hi Calvin! Check out these steps to make sure learners complete a Storyline block before moving on. Let me know if you're still seeing inconsistency!
I could only see this:
Thank you for the screenshot, Calvin.

Noted. Managed to resolve the issues :)
