I'm creating a HIPAA training that branches to address specific covered entities (health plans vs. health care providers). This means that all learners don't complete all lessons (those in the health plan take that one, the providers have a different branch).
I have a quiz at the end. I've disabled my navigation and closed the sidebar (found in a different thread). However, because not all lessons have been completed, I'm not able to move beyond the quiz to finish the last page (reminders, 3 take aways, etc.).
When I have people test, they can't continue and get a note that says "Lessons must be completed in order".

When you set the Navigation Mode to "Restricted" it will require learners to complete Lessons in order.
