I have several courses in Rise 360 and they are not appearing for me to edit. We are making our final decisions today to move forward with purchasing this tool. I cannot meet with my management team without the able to see my courses that I developed

Hi again, Donna. We've rolled out a fix for this issue, and now Rise 360 is performing normally. We're monitoring performance closely.
