I've developed this course. When clicking next in the second slide (Learning Objectives) the page keeps on loading and does not jump to the next slide.
Attached is a copy of the .story file. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm experiencing the same issue as well. When clicking the next slide, the spinning wheel does its spinning job between 25-30 seconds then loads.
Is there anyway to turn off pre-loading in the JavaScript file? Alternatively, is it possible to disable the overlay and the spinning wheel al together?
I uploaded a copy of it here to SCORM Cloud. The next button advanced for me as expected from the Learning Objectives slide onward. It was set to restricted navigation - so you have to wait for the timeline to end.
Hi Ashley, yes it does, but also my copy worked in some cases when tested on an LMS, while in others (same LMS, same browsers) didn't. I cannot figure out what it is due to, the malfunction seems to happen rather randomly. Have you tried to launch a preview of the course from storyline? You should see it happening from there.
This one was a mystery! I definitely noticed that the project getting stuck on slide 1.3 in Storyline preview, and there seemed to be something corrupt on that slide. I tried creating a new slide and copy/pasting the elements onto the new slide, but I had no luck.
I made it work by including an image of the elements on slide 1.3--take a look at the attached file. I hope that solution will work for you!

Hello Fede and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Looks like you've shared the zipped published output, but the .story file would be much more helpful. You are welcome to attach here as well.
